By shopping with us, you’re agreeing to play by the following rules. Nothing scary, just the usual stuff to keep things fair and flowing.
1. Who We Are
ALMA Humans is the trading name of Sea Lovers Lda, Rua do Vilarinho, nº 5 - 1º, 2890-068 Alcochete, Portugal with VAT No. PT 509951120. We handpick, curate, and share natural, mostly vegan, handmade products designed to remind us that we, too, are nature.
2. Ordering with Us
When you place an order, you’re making us a lovely offer. We’ll send you a confirmation when it’s accepted and ready to ship. Sometimes stock runs out (we’re only human). If that happens, we’ll let you know quickly and refund or swap with your approval.
3. Prices & Payment
All prices are in Euro and include VAT (where applicable). Payment is processed securely through Stripe, PayPal or another payment gateway. We never see or store your full card details.
4. Shipping
We aim to dispatch within 1-2 working days. Delivery times vary depending on where you live. Your parcel may arrive in a rescued box (shoebox, hardware store carton, etc.) — lighter on the planet, heavier on character. Any customs duties or import taxes are the customer’s responsibility.
5. Returns & Refunds
Not in love? You have 7 days from receiving your order to return unopened, unused products. Once we receive them, we’ll process your refund. Return shipping is at your cost (unless we messed up). If something arrives damaged or not as ordered, please contact us at ola@almahumans.com within 48 hours and we’ll make it right.
6. Shelf Life & Usage
Our products are fresh, natural, and preservative-free. They’re best enjoyed within 6 months of opening. Don’t stash them like a hamster 🐹 — use, enjoy, repeat.
7. Liability
We take care to craft and source products that are safe and natural. Still, please patch-test first. We’re not liable for allergic reactions or misuse.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be here.
